Therefore, it is better to combine water and glue to solve the problem of large area printing. It has smooth surface and matt surface, soft, thin, environmentally friendly and can be stretched. Generally speaking, glue printing is commonly used. For example, leisure brands basically use glue. Forget to remind me that both gel printing and water jet printing can be washed. Compare the two prices. The glue is still cheaper than the water slurry.
2. Wrapped webbing ink printing.
At first glance, ink is not very different from glue, but when glue is printed on smooth fabrics, such as wind clothing, the color fastness is generally poor, and it can be scraped off with a nail, but ink can overcome this shortcoming. Therefore, when making windbreaker, we usually use ink to print it. It has bright color and vivid image.
