1. Binding webbing transfer printing.
The pigment is printed on the paper by printing method to make transfer printing paper, and then the color is transferred to the fabric by high temperature (heating and pressing on the back of the paper). It is generally used for chemical fiber fabrics, characterized by bright colors, fine layers, lifelike patterns, and strong artistry. However, this process is currently only applicable to a few synthetic fibers such as polyester. Transfer printing is simple in process, small in investment and flexible in production. It is popular in the market at present, but to be honest, compared with other types of printing, the price of this transfer printing is a little high, but it is of a certain grade.
2. Flat screen printing of wrapped webbing.
The printing mould is a polyester or nylon screen (pattern) fixed on a square frame with hollow patterns. The pattern on the pattern plate can pass through the color paste, and the mesh without pattern can be sealed with a polymer film. When printing, the pattern is pressed against the fabric, and the color paste is placed on the pattern. The scraper is used to repeatedly scrape and press the color paste to reach the fabric surface through the pattern. Flat screen printing has low production efficiency, but wide adaptability and flexible application, suitable for small batch and multi variety production.
3. Water slurry printing of wrapped webbing
The so-called water slurry is a kind of water-based slurry. It doesn't have a strong hand feel and coverage when printed on clothes. It is only suitable for printing on light colored fabrics. The price is relatively flat, and it belongs to a lower grade printing category. But it also has an advantage, because it will not affect the original texture of the fabric, so it is more suitable for large-scale printing patterns. It is characterized by soft handle and bright color, but there is a big disadvantage of water slurry. The color of the slurry should be lighter than that of the cloth. If the cloth color is darker, the slurry can't cover it at all.
