3 Delivery inspection
3.1 Inspection items
The inspection items shall be those specified in the technical requirements of the industrial standards for special industrial cotton cloth, silk and rope, belt and thread.
3.2 Batching and sampling regulations
3.2.1 All kinds of textiles shall have the same quantity of products with the same raw materials, the same process and the same production cycle.
3.2.2 The physical and mechanical properties, chemical properties and color fastness tests shall be conducted according to the sampling regulations in FZ65001, FZ 65002, FZ 65003 and FZ 65004 respectively.
3.3 Appearance quality inspection method
The appearance defects shall be inspected piece by piece (piece, roll) according to the inspection method of appearance defects.
3.4 Evaluation of inspection results
3.4.1 The color difference in batches shall not be lower than Grade 2~3 according to GB 250 (color difference is not allowed for brocade fabric). In the same batch, the color difference between pieces of cloth and silk shall not be lower than Grade 3 according to GB 250, and that of brocade silk shall not be lower than Grade 2-3. The color difference of rope and belt shall not be lower than Grade 4 in the same piece (roll), Grade 3 in the same bundle, Grade 2-3 in the same batch, and Grade 2 in sea green according to GB 250.
3.4.2 The physical and mechanical properties, chemical properties and color fastness shall be evaluated by batch, and the qualified products or unqualified products shall be evaluated based on whether all the technical requirements are met.
4 Re inspection rules
4.1 The re inspection shall be carried out in batches according to the original production batch number.
4.2 After receiving the products, the Demander shall conduct inspection in a timely manner, and notify the Supplier within three months if any nonconformity is found.
4.3 The appearance quality shall be subject to sampling inspection or full inspection by the Demander according to the actual situation. If nonconforming products are found, they shall be treated as pieces (roots, rolls).
4.4 If the physical and mechanical properties, chemical properties and color fastness are unqualified, double sampling shall be conducted for re inspection. If the re inspection result is still unqualified, the following two methods shall be used:
(a) If the performance is sampled and tested in the manufacturer, the whole batch is unqualified.
(b) If the performance is tested piece by piece (bundle) in the manufacturer, the sampled pieces (bundles) shall be unqualified, and the rest of the same batch shall be re inspected jointly by the supplier and the demander.
4.5 Other provisions for re inspection are the same as those for delivery inspection.
4.6 If the Supplier and the Demander disagree with the product quality results, the Supplier and the Demander can jointly carry out inspection or propose solutions, negotiate for settlement or submit to a full-time inspection agency for arbitration.
