1 Scope
This standard specifies the marking and packaging of special industrial textiles.
2 Sign
2.1 The marks of special industrial textiles shall be clear and easy to identify.
2.2 Cotton cloth and silk shall be stamped with a tip seal at 1cm from the reverse edge of both ends. For the fabric to be pieced together, a cross stitch seal shall be stamped at the place to be pieced together.
2.3 Each kind of textile shall be attached with a product quality inspection certificate, which includes: a) product number;
b) Piece number, roll number or bundle number;
c) Length;
d) Batch number;
e) Standard number and name; f) Inspector code;
g) Manufacturer and inspection seal; h) Date of inspection.
2.4 Each package shall be marked with:
a) Item No.:
b) Batch number;
c) Part number;
d) Total length; e) Total weight; f) Color;
g) Packaging date;
h) Damp proof and pressure proof signs.
2.5 Each package shall be attached with a test report sheet and a packing list (or piece list).
3 Packaging
3.1 The packaging of special industrial textiles shall ensure that the products are free from damage, mildew or deterioration, and easy to transport.
3.2 Packaging form
3.2.1 Cotton cloth and silk fabrics that are not easy to crease shall be folded or rolled, and the folding size shall be 1m.
3.2.2 It is required that cotton fabrics without creases and silk fabrics easy to crease shall be packaged in reels.
3.2.3 The rope shall be wound into a cylinder or twisted, and the tape shall be rolled into a disc. If the core is used to roll, the inner diameter of the paper core shall not be less than 25 mm, and it shall be tied with the same tie wire as the finished raw fiber.
3.2.4 Small balls of stranded wire shall be wrapped and packed every 10, and large balls of stranded wire shall be packed into cartons by dozens.
3.3 Packaging materials
3.3.1 When cotton cloth and silk are packaged in rolls, the length of the paper cylinder shall be slightly longer than the width of the fabric. The lining paper between the paper cylinder and the fabric shall be made of tough, smooth, clean and dry paper, and the fabric shall be wrapped with smooth, tough, dry and moisture-proof paper or plastic film. When folded or rolled, the fabric shall be wrapped with smooth, tough and dry moisture-proof paper or plastic film.
3.3.2 The rope shall be packed with clean and tough paper.
3.3.3 The strands shall be put into the carton lined with moisture-proof paper.
3.3.4 Different packaging materials and methods shall be selected according to different requirements for land transportation, air transportation, water transportation and distance. When selecting external packaging materials and methods, it shall be considered that the product quality will not be affected during transportation.
3.3.4.1 Cotton cloth and silk can be shipped in coarse cloth, linen, canvas bags, plastic bags, cartons, crates, etc.
3.3.4.2 The rope belt shall be padded with a plastic bag and put into a carton or crate. If the volume of the box is too small, it can be transported by several cartons and packed into a cloth (hemp) bag or large crate for convenience of transportation.
3.3.4.3 Strands shall be packed in cartons and fastened with iron sheet or other packaging materials outside the cartons for shipment.
4. When the production of rope belt products under the same contract is less than 5 bundles, the number of short yards is allowed to exceed 50% of the standard. When weaving, the number of short yard segments shall be bundled according to the actual situation.
